a over weight fair lady has so many complaints...among them more severe which she want to get rid off is "urge incontinence". intense urge to urinate that results in leakage before reaching toilet. this makes her very sad and disappointed... another problem is ...ankle joint gout more in left joint, swelling in foot and leg with hardness and itching. gastric problem...pet me dard hota hai...needle jaisi chubhti hai. left side headache from upper eyebrow reagion till eye. pain in leg is so intense that she is unable to walk and stand,always needs someones help in doing small works...always on bed.. she is a patient of hypertension...thyroid...fatty liver... complaints started from her c section delivery,,,after c section her lower body movement was poor..unable to climb stairs..struggles in her early life .so many responsibilites.. had minor paralytic attack also... pain in knees also... constipation trauma- lost her only son in 2021...after that slowly she became inactive and now she has many problems including constipation. she is very adjusting nature type of lady since starting...but now helpless. after her sons's deadth she is completely on her bed ....low of energy. kahi bahar nahi jati ...bahar jane me urine leakage ka darr rehta hai. but right she wants to get rid off urine urge incotinence problem and pain from knee joint and in ankle joint...severe selling and hardness in legs with itching.
