sweating ++ weather - prefer rainy and cold weather'' covering not required ; fan always required Sleep Disturbed (wake up every 1-2 hrly ) he sleep only 5-6 hrs and that to in betw sleep got disturbed every 1-2 hrs Stool- Normal 2 times a day URINE - have to go several time mentioned Thirsty ; drinks around 10-12 lit a day mentioned thirst is not going after drinking to much of water also Tongue and lips get dry after having this much of water also
mental History
Mental Irritability; when some one says something to him at home ; gets angry ; always have thought in mind ; about financial ; career ; was not able to study (when he failed at class 12 th , he left study and now doing soke small work) mind is always sad ; weather there is happiness on sadness ; he always feel sad When gets angry ;says what come to mind; after shouting in anger he ; feels guilty that he wouldnt have back answered.(guilt last for some days) He mention that he dosent back answer to everyone he just back answer to person at his level and age ; but not to erson who are elder and in senior position. Observation- since when pt is explaining every symptoms ; he explain everything with a force or small smile while answering to me firstly he mentioned he was not like this ; but since when this all c/o started this all symptoms start to come he mentioned that he fall from terrace; had fall on chest (terrace was on level of first floor) IF THINK OF ANY THING ABOUT THE LIFE AND CAREER AND FUTURE COMPLAINTS GET AGGRAVATED
