The patient faced severe bullying , beating and humiliation , extreme verbal abuse which was videographed. Next day His fathercame and intervened after the boy complained to him. The boy was numb and couldnt recall the detsils.. but became timid afterwards. He was 19 then . But as years passed he became very anxious. With extreme anger, disrespecting elders using foul language. . Suffers from hair loss since 17yrs of age Psoriasis at occiput and front and inside left ear. Transpatent sticky scanty dischrge. Abundant dandruff agg.by stress . Ameliorated by washing. Sweet s cravings. Short stature. Artistic . Workoholic. Trouble falling asleep. Late waking up. H/o recurrent tonsilitis in chldhood. Throat easily affected by colddrinks. He has mellowed down and is ready for counselling therapy after he discussed the incidence with family. Vit D3 is low All other parameters are normal.
